We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. With 2FA enabled, login attempts from unfamiliar devices require a verification code sent to your registered email or phone. This adds a second layer of protection even if someone obtains your password. You can enable or disable 2FA in your account settings at any time.
If you forget your password
Use the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page. We will send a password-reset link to your registered email address. Click the link, set a new password, and log in. The reset link expires after 24 hours for security.
If you suspect unauthorized access
Change your password immediately and contact our support team. We will review your account activity and transaction history. If we detect fraudulent bets, we will reverse them and restore your balance.
Never share your password with anyone, including our support staff. We will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone. If someone claims to be from sultantogel and requests your password, it is a phishing attempt. Do not respond and report the message to us immediately.
When you log out or close your browser, your session is terminated. On shared or public devices, always log out before leaving. Do not save your password in your browser's autofill; use a password manager instead for stronger security.
Your account is tied to your verified identity. We require KYC (know-your-customer) verification before you can deposit or withdraw. This verification confirms that the account holder is the same person making transactions, which protects both you and sultantogel from fraud and unauthorized access. Verification typically completes within one business day of submission.
